We are passionate about making a difference and we do that in two main ways:

Saving lives by raising awareness of meningitis

In partnership with Meningitis Now, we take every opportunity we can to inform people about the signs and symptoms of meningitis, the importance of trusting their instincts and of taking fast action if they suspect meningitis. We speak at places such as schools and colleges, we have awareness stands and we distribute signs and symptoms cards wherever we can, including when we are fundraising.

Provide support grants

A small amount of money can make a big difference to a young person facing challenges, whether those challenges are through health or welfare issues. We believe all young people should have the opportunity to achieve the most they can and our support grants can help them do that.
And we can’t achieve all that we do without partnering with other organisations who we are proud to work alongside. From signposting to doing joint activities, it is important to us to work with others to help achieve our goals.

I had a meningitis scare with my son Alfie. A few days ago he was showing some signs of meningitis, but I wouldn't have known any of these signs if it wasn't for the hard work Alex did in making people aware. I'd like to say a massive thank you to you on behalf of Alex and his hard work you are carrying on.
